Title: Mafia Casino – Withdrawal delayed over 10 days


Complaint text:


Hello,

I requested a withdrawal of CAD 320 via Interac e-Transfer more than 10 days ago.

My account is fully verified, and the funds are not bonus-related.


I contacted their support multiple times, but I only received generic template responses such as "slight delay" and "being handled with priority". They refuse to provide:


the exact withdrawal status

approval confirmation

an expected payout date

the reason for the delay



At this point, the casino is not addressing my issue properly.


I kindly ask CasinoGuru to assist by contacting the operator and requesting clarification and payout.

Additionally, when attempting to contact the regulator (Anjouan Gaming Authority) using the email provided by the casino, the email bounced back with an error – domain not found. This raises concerns about the legitimacy of the casino’s license."

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
