The player from British Columbia has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet.
I have still not received my winnings, yet they told me yesterday it was being processed, but it still has not passed the review part. When they disabled my live chat/help button on June 25 for a whole day, it was quit concerning. They now put it back on and that’s how I was able to find out yesterday that they said it was processed. I am not sure why they are still in business with so much poor reviews, and slow payouts. With advanced modern technology, I don’t see why they refuse to upgrade their payout systems, like so many other sites have. Also, I thought they were changing the fact that online casinos should no longer have the reverse or cancel option attached to the withdrawal. There’s is right beside the check status of withdrawal, that at any moment someone could accidentally hit cancel. Anyway, I will no longer support this site and will play at other sites.
