Hello, I made a deposit at the aforementioned casino and won €7,000 on April 1st, 2026. I then requested withdrawals of €500 each on April 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2026. This left me with €5,500 in my account. I waited for days, but nothing happened. Frustrated, I continued playing and reached €11,000. I contacted the casino to ask if it was possible to set a maximum loss limit, but this was refused. After waiting even longer, my balance has now dropped back down to €7,000. However, I haven't received a single cent since April 1st, 2026. I have contacted the casino several times but still haven't received a payout.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I still haven't received anything and the support team is just giving me the runaround; it seems as if the casino is deliberately not paying out larger winnings or delaying payments for an unusually long time so that you lose the money again.
