Hey, my problem was with cashback money turnover, even though the rules say this is the max amount you can bet. I registered on the site in 2024 and before this there has been no problem with deposits or payments.

Lysti.com has now taken back the rolled over winnings and the new deposit which was made 2 hours later with a withdrawal request. So 4500e withdrawal request made at 9pm and new deposit at 11pm, at 9pm the home withdrawal was cancelled via lysti.com and at the same time this bonus payment and the second deposit were combined. They decided to take all the rest of this 11pm 300e deposit as well. (i.e. a total of 4707e)

All violations were related to the bonus, not this new deposit. Pictures can be found in the timeline's meeno and laitai.

I sent you the main mail chain, there is still 2 more but they goes in same way

I got littbe bit lucky, they deposit back the 300 but not on my pleads, they didn´'t inform me about it, had to find it out my self. Before that i pleaded many times about taking too much but they just reused the same aswer for me.

Now they have deactivated my account.

I do understand the violation on bonus but now it's about how they dealt with my problem, like you saw from the begining my pleading on the other deposit and they not even reacting on it and also making me find out the gave it to me back on upholding on days with out telling me and giving me a chance. Also the staring bonus was 700e and they try it to downplay it and giving me 50e bonus on my treatment what i didnt even use it because it such an insult from them on the earlier happenings. Customer servise was very bad even proven photos.

When have you made the other deposits you are asking to be returned? I couldn't find any mention of them in the communication you sent me.
