Case summary

The player from the United Kingdom faced difficulty in setting a deposit limit at the casino, receiving repetitive and unhelpful responses that attempted to discourage his desired limits. He had lost a significant amount during this time and felt the casino was unresponsive to his complaints, particularly regarding responsible gambling measures. He stated that over £4,000 had been lost after requesting a £50 deposit limit, and the matter had dragged on for months with only vague assurances from another department. We closed the complaint at his request, as he asked for the case to be closed.

After emailing for weeks many months

I’ve played withdrew fine.

problem I’m finding is if you try and set a deposit limit they pray on you if you ask for £50 per week they try and talk you round or say pick days to play so they know you’ll play and hopefully for them lose.

ive emailed them over and over and get same robotic responses, it’s getting boring now I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to set limits and I lost big during this time and they offer you £20 as vip bonus.

I’ll add there reply after asking for a deposit limits

"Thank you for your message.

Before making any permanent decisions, I would like you to consider a more balanced approach. You could designate specific days each week for playing, allowing you to enjoy your gaming experience without the risk of overspending time and money.

This strategy can help you maintain your enjoyment and make it easier to return to playing when you choose, all while keeping your gaming experience fulfilling.

If you'll need my assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out."

or….

"Thank you for your message.

Setting a limit of £50 per month is quite restrictive and can easily be reached within just a few rounds of play. Would it perhaps be better to set a daily limit of £100 instead? This option provides much more flexibility while keeping your gameplay balanced.

What do you think about setting it up this way?

they don’t care want to leech off you when you ask for a email to complain you get nothing back. They say if a withdrawal there system can’t process a deposit limit at time it’s excuse after excuse

Dear Nmci,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced while trying to set a deposit limit on your account.

Unfortunately, we have received multiple complaints regarding this casino. Despite our repeated attempts to contact the casino and assist players with their complaints, the casino has adopted a No Reaction Policy and generally does not cooperate with us in resolving these cases. While we will do our best to assist you, please be aware that our possibilities may therefore be limited.

  • Could you please clarify how much you deposited and lost after you first requested the £50 deposit limit, and provide the date when you first made this request?

Thank you very much for your cooperation. I look forward to your reply.
