Dear jordacious,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. According to clause 7.6.18 quoted in your complaint:
Any deposit must be placed 3 times (the User must wager three times the amount of its deposit) before a withdrawal related to that deposit becomes available. In case several deposits have been made without any gaming activity, the User must place the total amount of these deposits three times before withdrawal. Otherwise, the Provider has the right to refuse the withdrawal before betting.
This means that, for your AUD 200 deposit, you need to place bets totalling AUD 600 before withdrawing. This refers to the total amount wagered, not an additional deposit or an amount you must lose. It is not unusual for casinos to have this rule. Some require deposit wagering of 1×, others 3×, and some impose higher requirements. We generally consider a 3× deposit-wagering requirement acceptable.
However, the transfer of your remaining AUD 75 to an account you say you cannot access is a separate issue. Please allow me to ask you a few questions:
- Have you ever registered another account at LuckyHills Casino, perhaps using a different email address?
- Is there any chance that someone from your family or household, or someone using the same IP address or device, has also registered or played at this casino?
- Have you submitted any identity documents to the casino before your account was disabled?
I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Best regards,
Veronika
