Hello Casino Guru,


I have registered with Casino Lucky elf on Apr/12/23 and made my first

deposit and accepted the welcome bonus... after successfully wagered the bonus I have sent documents for verification, They keep asking for more and more document even that all my documents are 100% legit

and approved by so many Casinos within matters of minutes.

I never received confirmation email from them that the account is successfully approved, but when I checked in my account I see they have approved my account, than i requested withdrawal first time it was declined on Apr/13/23 so I have requested again day after. now is Apr/16/23 and i still did not received my money.


Please Casino Guru if you can help me with this issue,

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
