So I've been waiting over 3 months to hear back from the investigation department regarding an error I experienced with one of the slots on their site. I have been left completely in the dark with only, sorry but the company responsible for programing the game hasn't returned our messages therefore we can't give you any information at this time please contact us again later. I'm sorry but why is it my responsibility to make sure you are doing your job, and how does the company who's games you allow on your casino not return your messages for 3 months!!! I guess my experience might be unique but no explanation in over 3 months is absurd! It's been a terrible experience and I feel like they are never going to give me an explanation.!
