Honestly, I always rely on casino ratings when I play and use bonuses.

To be honest, when I played at this casino I was very worried, because many players had not received their winnings and the casino kept making excuses not to pay them. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me.

It was a very bad experience with them and it cost me a lot of time, effort, and stress.

The user claimed stage 1 of the 420% welcome bonus on Mar 6, 2026, 12:18 AM, after making their first deposit. During bonus play on multiple occasions the user purchased in-game bonus buys which is a violation to our bonus terms and can be viewed in the gameplay restrictions section of the terms here


GAMEPLAY RESTRICTIONS During active bonus play from any deposit tier, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is $6. Bonus buy features on slot games are strictly prohibited while bonus funds are active. Any in-game progression or accumulated features (including progressive multipliers, collected symbols, and bonus meters) built during active bonus play are void upon bonus cancellation or completion. Using bonus funds to power up game features and then switching to real money play is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of winnings. Players may not participate in any platform challenges or tournaments during bonus play.


Here is a gameplay snapshot from our game provider showcasing one instance of this where the player had a base bet of $0.60 and used an in-game bonus buy multiplier to bet $1.80 which is against our terms.

The cost is deducted from my own balance, and I have never exceeded the allowed betting limit at all. They are just looking for ridiculous excuses not to give me my money, and when players see these complaints about them, of course no one will want to go to them.

We have supplied the clear gameplay screenshot and history provided by the game provider earlier in this thread and via email previously. We have also shown where our terms do not permit any in-game bonus buys which is inclusive of ante bets.


Ante bets increase volatility and in exchange for not allowing ante bets during bonus play we are able to provide higher bonuses than other operators due to this.


The player in his previous response also acknowledged that he "used the bonus activation feature" which according to our bonus terms is not permitted.

We have emailed the required evidence again. To address the question directly: yes, the player gained a material advantage, and no, staying within the max bet limit does not change that.


On the exclusion itself. Ante bets are excluded from wagering under the bonus terms the player accepted at claim. This is a contractual condition, not a post-hoc decision. The player's own statement, "I used the bonus activation feature," confirms the breach. As does the gameplay evidence in our previous response which has also been sent via email again.


On the "no material impact" framing. Ante bets do not shift headline RTP; studios calibrate them to be approximately RTP-neutral. What they shift is variance. By roughly doubling the trigger frequency of the bonus feature, where the high multiplier outcomes sit, they roughly halve the turnover required to reach a feature trigger and double the player's effective shot count at the high payout tail per unit of bonus-funded turnover. That is a measurable upward shift in the probability of withdrawing from a bonus balance. The exclusion exists precisely because the impact is material.


On the max bet point. Max bet and the ante exclusion are independent controls. Max bet caps absolute per-round exposure. The ante exclusion governs the variance profile of bonus turnover. A player can sit entirely within the stake cap and still materially alter the variance characteristics of their play by engaging the ante. Compliance with one does not substitute for the other.
