During bonus play on multiple occasions the user purchased in-game bonus buys which is a violation to our bonus terms and can be viewed in the gameplay restrictions section of the terms here

Ante bets increase volatility and in exchange for not allowing ante bets during bonus play we are able to provide higher bonuses than other operators due to this.

The player in his previous response also acknowledged that he "used the bonus activation feature" which according to our bonus terms is not permitted.
