I had my funds taken from me without me spinning on any game while it was still on the pre game loading screen.

I contacted chat immediately after noticing only for them to just say they escalated the matter and i needed to be patient.

I have reached out every single day multiple times a day for the past three days.

nothing but avoidant responses from chat. No update whatsoever. No one will give me a ticket # claiming they don't have those.

its sick how these people act courteous but don't do a damn thing to help! Give me my stolen money back
