Hi I did withdraw on 2nd December 2150 on my visa debit then I got cancelled several times so casino offer do true bank transfer,which I did,so on 4th I got approved for withdrawal on my account page but money not credited to me so they said I need wait could be till 5 days which I did but still nothing.After that I sended my bank statements from 2nd till 9th like proof I didn’t get my withdrawal,and nothing happens,-I’m sended many emails no answers what’s going on ,where is my money ,such good casino but why this going on ,I don’t know what to do now ,still waiting and hope get my money to me.Can someone help me with this.Thanks
