Lucky Bunny closed my account and forfeited my remaining balance of approximately $1,400 after alleging that I violated its Terms and Conditions, including Sections 12.1(e) and 5.17. I dispute that determination because I was not provided sufficient evidence showing what specific conduct I allegedly engaged in or explaining why the forfeiture of my entire balance was justified. I contacted Lucky Bunny directly and attempted to resolve the matter, and on August 26, 2026, I submitted a formal Notice of Dispute requesting a review and additional information, but the casino maintained its decision. I also have a saved copy of the Terms and Conditions dated June 16, 2026, which was the version in effect when I created my account and was still the version being presented when I initially challenged the account closure. On or around the same day, or shortly after I challenged the decision, I noticed that the Terms and Conditions had been updated. I am not claiming that the terms were changed because of my dispute, but I believe it is important that my case be reviewed under the June 16, 2026 version that applied at the time of my account activity and dispute, rather than any terms that were added or changed afterward. I am asking Casino Guru to independently review the evidence supporting Lucky Bunny's allegations, determine whether the forfeiture of my entire balance was justified under the terms that were actually in effect at the time, and, if the alleged violation and forfeiture cannot be sufficiently substantiated, help me recover my remaining balance.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

  • Could you please specify which games you played to earn the winnings that were confiscated by the casino?
  • Could you also kindly describe your gaming style and how you placed your bets? The casino claims that you engaged in opposite betting. Were you aware that your betting activity could be considered opposite betting?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika
