I played at Love casino on March 27, had some luck and won over $600, i played for quite a while going up and down and decided to cash out at $480. Ever since its just sitting in withdrawl and says processing. They communicate but its bots, its says policy is 7-21 days for cash out , until its now gone over 21 days. The bots are programmed to say something different now. They refuse to escalate to a manager, they won't let me speak to finance. They also blatantly stole money from me, after a couple weeks I thought if I made another deposit , mabey it would help to speed things up. I checked and minimum bitcoin deposit is $25 dollars, so I went and sent a bitcoin deposit of $25 dollars. It was taking a long time to arrive and the status was pending, then I got an email saying they canceled the transaction on their end. So I waited to receive my money back, it didnt show up so I went to customer service and was assured I would receive the refund. It still didnt show up so went to chat again and was told I was sent a e mail in regards to the refund. The e mail says they wanted so much to return the bitcoin to me and what was left was below the minimum they send so I would be getting no refund. I went back to chat and was assured again I would get a full refund and got an e mail saying that. I didnt get the refund and everytime I went to chat about it , they said refer to the e mail I was sent and kicked me out of chat. I have everything to prove it was sent, they received it and told me they were keeping it. I have sent direct e mails to their only e mail available to complain about both situations and get no reply from that either.
