My account (User ID: p555666) has been permanently blocked by Krikya. They are accusing me of 'betting violations' and 'opposite betting' without providing any specific evidence or bet logs.

​I have strictly followed all terms and conditions, used only my personal verified payment method, and played from a single device. When I contacted their live support to ask for clarification, they refused to perform a manual review and shifted the entire blame onto the 'Game Provider.' They even stated that no appeal or reconsideration is possible.

​I believe this is an unfair practice to withhold my legitimate funds. I am requesting CasinoGuru to investigate this case and help me recover my deposit amount and winnings. I have attached screenshots of my conversation with their support as evidence.
