This site is very easy to use and great games but having huge issues getting ahold of them through email as it’s been 2 days and I’ve sent 3 emails and no response. They did send an email to me 2 days ago as I could make a withdrawal and they said my account if fully verified and I should be able too. Fast forward a few days as I still can’t withdrawal and haven’t heard back from them their live chat doesn’t even work for me. Hopefully they contact me soon and let me withdrawal my money as I’ve never had this problem with any other site before.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
