I have tried several times to get my winnings. And they say I have to provide ID like a passport. I don’t have a passport and I told them this until I was blue in the face.

Then last week I get an email from them asking for my home address, photograph, telephone number and details and photo of my debit card to clarify my existence. To deposit money they don’t ask for any credentials, so what is their problem? They refused my debit card. The one I used to deposit some money.

I would encourage people to make them a laughing stock on social media and YouTube. The more people that know about these criminals the better. Let’s get them and their criminal operation closed down for good and jailed for fraud on an industrial scale.

No unfortunately no payment has entered my account from Kinghills.

Ive written to them and they have ignored my request.

I try tell telling them their rules and regulations are not government legislation in the UK.

They have my full name, address, banking and card details and email address. So they have no excuse.

They have also closed my account.

I have given them my age name address date of birth and bank details so they have no excuse, they know who I am but they still insist on stealing my winnings. I’m not sending them any more details about my life history because simply I do not trust them with it.

And I don’t keep copies of my communication with them so you will have to request it from them.

They are not regulated by UK authorities so they can steal from many UK based players as they want and get off Scot free.

If you are genuine about helping me get this payment you would not be asking me to send them sensitive documents that I don’t even have.

Please don’t make me doubt your service too.

Plus they already know who I am because of my debit card.

im the same person that made a deposit with the same card, but they didn’t ask for ID to make a deposit.

My online bookmakers don’t ask for ID when I win money, it’s paid two within two minutes of the winning event, because they already know who I am with my debit card.

Do you now see where I’m coming from?

So stop asking me to send them documents that have nothing to do with them.

And like I said before I don’t keep email communications so you will have to request it from the criminal casino that is Kinghills.com.

They have stolen money from me and looks like they are going to get off Scot free

Verification is mandatory in 99% of online casinos and if the player refuse to do so, no winnings will be paid out.

No one has ever paid their winnings, so why would I submit sensitive information to these criminals? Just to get more disappointment from them?

I hate Kinghills casino with a passion, they are sick, disgusting criminal scammers and should be chained up in a prison, living in squalid conditions and starved to death.

That’s what I would do for them if I had the power.
