Good evening, since 30/3/26 I have requested a withdrawal of €350.
I have contacted the chat repeatedly about withdrawing my money. They keep telling me that my withdrawal will take up to three business days. They explain to me that my account is secure and that no verification is needed and the money has not yet been transferred to my bank account. The fourth business day has arrived and they keep writing the same things to me in the chat. If you could please give me a solution because this is a violation of the rule for up to three days that is stated in the policy. Why is this happening?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Good evening, a week has passed but unfortunately my withdrawal is still pending. They keep telling me the same thing in the chat that they are sorry for the delay and that the money is safe and that the withdrawal will be made as soon as possible and the days go by without any progress. What is happening is unacceptable while the regulations state that withdrawals must be made within three days. I am really annoyed with this issue if you can give me a solution.
