Kheloexch Casino - Player’s account is blocked with delayed transactions.

My account has been blocked my kheloexch casino. I did my two trnstions 400 and 700 but not credited in my account as it was shown successful. I contact them but no response. This is the second time they scam me. Worst application ever.. Please help somebody.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

I don't know what I will do know.. I got frustrated😔. This is my second complaint on another account. Ist one was blocked by khelostar on blance of 2600 .. And know 1100 they also got stucked. 😰

And sir u are tolding me to wait for a while. They will credited it in your gaming acount.. But how is possible? Because they blocked my account😭

Unfortunately, it is strictly forbidden to create more than 1 account in any online casino. As you did, they have now right to confiscate any balance on any of your accounts and ban them forever.

I'm sorry but we will be now forced to close the complaint as you violated the casino rules by creating more accounts and in such cases, there is nothing we or anybody could do.

Please be sure to never create multiple accounts in any online gambling site.
