I didn't know that there was a deposit amount minimum required. I made a deposit of $11.93 USD/0.00009528 BTC. When I got the email saying the transfer was complete they looked at the gaming site and there was no amount posted so I connected with customer support and they pretty much told me I was out of luck that my amount was "lost" in the system and there was nothing they could do about it. My husband read somewhere online that if you make a deposit that does not meet the minimum amount required then you make a second deposit that is what is required they will add both the one that did not meet the requirement and the one that did meet the requirement to your account. So I made a deposit that did meet the requirement but I still did not get the amount of the one that did not meet the requirement.
