Casino Guru Complaint

Complaint:
I recently deposited $40 AUD to Jettbet after receiving an email offer promoting a 100% match bonus up to $750 and 40 free spins. The promotional email contained no clear Terms & Conditions, and what terms were present were hidden behind a tiny yellow icon at the bottom of the email—something that is easy to overlook and not standard practice for transparency.
After completing the 30x wagering requirement for the 100% match bonus, my balance was over $500. I then completed the 40x wagering on the free spins winnings and reached a balance of over $1300. Upon finishing both wager requirements, my balance was suddenly reduced to $45.
When I contacted support, I was told the free spins winnings had a $45 withdrawal cap. However, this cap was never clearly stated upfront. Furthermore, there has been no explanation for why the winnings from the match bonus (which I completed first and independently of the free spins) were voided.
Only after digging through obscure fine print did I learn:
Free spins winnings are capped at $30–$45 depending on currency.
All bonus winnings are capped at 5x the bonus granted—this critical rule was not communicated during gameplay or in the promotional email.
The minimum deposit to claim the offer was $30 AUD, which is suspiciously equal to the free spins withdrawal cap—making larger deposits pointless, despite being allowed and encouraged.
This structure is misleading and designed to disadvantage players. The site gave no breakdown of the balance deductions and avoided responsibility via vague replies or silence. Even their live chat refused to help.
I am requesting:
A full breakdown of the funds removed from my account.
An explanation for why the match bonus winnings were not honored.
Accountability for the lack of transparency in their bonus promotion.
If not resolved, I will be sharing this experience on public review platforms and filing formal complaints with consumer watchdogs.
Thank you.
