Hi took a 30% match bonus on 100 dollar deposit..was playing and up and went to see how much playthrough I had.. when I did this they said I tried to withdrawl and cancelled my bonus and confiscated my funds. I never pressed to withdrawl nor press anything to cancel ..my screen clinched and I wasn't sure how to get out of the section I was in as im new to this site ..went to live chat they said I cancelled my bonus ..which I did not..and if somehow I did was purely accidental ..they said money was gone and can't be restored even though we all know they can..can you please help me get my 802 dollars back. Thank you

I did ask them many times to restore bonus..they said it's impossible..which we both know it's not..im not sure how much wagering is done I would estimate around 40%. I played slot games to accumulate my balance actually was all won on one machine called wild Chicago. The chat just cancelled once I said I was gonna file a complaint but so I have nothing to send..I told them I didn't click on withdrawl or cancel bonus and that something clinched on their site and they didn't care .literally just said too bad it got canceled it's gone.ty for you're help
