I am submitting a complaint against JeetCity Casino (jeetcity13.com), operated by Dama N.V. under Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ2020-13.
ISSUE: JeetCity has twice cancelled my $505 AUD withdrawal and engaged in a pattern of bad faith KYC stalling despite full compliance on my part.
ACCOUNT DETAILS:
∙ All deposits made at $30 AUD per transaction (over 20 deposits)
∙ Bonus funds are disabled on my account
∙ $505 AUD balance is 100% real money winnings with no bonus component
WHAT HAPPENED:
After requesting a $505 withdrawal, the casino cancelled it and requested KYC documents including a bank statement showing my March 14th deposit.
March 14th was a Saturday. My bank (ANZ) does not process settlements on weekends, so the transaction appears on my statement dated Monday March 17th. This is standard Australian banking practice. The casino’s own records confirm the transaction timestamp as 2026-03-14 11:11:46 UTC, proving the deposit occurred on the 14th.
Despite explaining this in writing multiple times and submitting an official ANZ bank-generated PDF statement, the casino:
∙ Cancelled my withdrawal a second time
∙ Sent the identical document request again, going in a complete circle
∙ Responded to my complaint warning with vague promises of ‘tomorrow’
∙ Never actually reviewed or accepted the documents submitted
This is a clear pattern of bad faith conduct designed to avoid paying a legitimate withdrawal.
I am requesting Casino Guru’s assistance in recovering my $505 AUD withdrawal from JeetCity Casino.
I have full documentation including bank statements, chat transcripts, and screenshots of both cancelled withdrawals available to provide.
