The player from New Zealand is experiencing difficulties receiving a refund from a casino. We closed the complaint because the player didn't reply to our messages and questions.
My refund keeps getting rejected , applied fir a refund last Thursday night , had to send through Proof of ID And bank card , and drivers liscence , they tell me refund is pending , send me an emailto confirm the next day the $250 is put back into my casino account , this has happened 3 times I dont want to send it online I just want tp withdraw funds , they also have sent conformation , its getting deposited into my bank than nothing , sort it out
