I deposited £3,300 and turned it into £3900. I was fully verified no checks within 24 hours of depositing that amount. Went to withdraw and my deposits and winnings were confiscated for 3rd party gambling.


However the account is under my name. The bank also provided email confirmation and tried to get into contact with the casino. They are also not providing a Ibas number for ADR dispute resolution.

they let me deposit 3,200 without any checks. Joint account with my son, my name is on the bank account
