I deposited €20 on Saturday 8.11 but the deposit didn't arrive in my account until Monday 10.11 and I noticed that a 100% welcome bonus had been added to the amount which had to be wagered 40x even though I didn't accept any bonus.

Well I thought I'd let it be and started playing. At the point when the 40x wagering started to be full my balance was around €400 but as soon as the wagering was full the casino removed €200 from my account.


I asked why and the explanation was that I had supposedly accepted some bonus where the max cashout was €200. I hadn't. There is no cashout max limit on the welcome bonus. The casino has some crazy bonus on Mondays where you can deposit up to €1000 and get a 100% bonus but the cashout is max €200???

And the chat support claimed that I had accepted that bonus. Of course I haven't done that and it's impossible because the casino accepts the bonus at the same time as the deposit and so I made the deposit already on Saturday.

Someone at the casino added that idiotic Monday bonus?


And how can there even be a bonus with a max cashout of €200 and a max deposit of €1000. Just a trap.

Hi.

Yes, I can log in to the casino. And you can close this complaint, I found those rules myself now.


Chat customer support referred to a different bonus than the one I had and that's why I'm confused.


The casino actually has a max cashout rule for almost every bonus that sounds really unfair, so I'm fine with this complaint being closed, but it would be good to mention that unfair bonus rule in the casino's plus and minus information so that it wouldn't come as a surprise if someone wins a million euros jackpot with a welcome bonus and the casino only pays €200 for it.
