I registered on Immerion1.com and after playing I won [€831.77].

I requested a withdrawal on [10/16/2025], but the money has not been paid out yet.


I have successfully submitted the KYC verification process, all documents have been sent.

However, the casino has not confirmed my withdrawal request and is not communicating.

More than [5 days] have passed, which I find unreasonable and unprofessional.


I request that the casino be asked to immediately process my withdrawal or provide a clear explanation as to why my money was held.
