It didn’t take long and HP became a second home, warm friendly,plenty to do and always someone who makes you laugh.After some months you know how to keep up with all their sociale media so they became a part of your life/mental addiction! I never complained about small things eventhough i’ve lost my deposit money cause i had send 9,96 instead of 10 which was the minimum they said. I asked them if they could return it but they said no cause it would cost them money! But apparently they’ve chanced( ore they’ve lied) the minimum to 5. But what happend to me this week, 2 days in a row has turned things around! If you find out that a bonus wagger game you’ve played for many times doesnt add up your waggering you wunder why🤔But if it takes you more than a hour,70% of your possitivity and miss P still doesnt want to understand your problem,stop trying to write it for the 4 th time,stop all the screenshots where you can clearly see bonuswaggergame,cause she’ll deny this. But she’ll ask for the Techteam to help! Sounds good but its to help her to get ride of you! Techteam A-Team basketballteam for me its all the same if they dont do what they assume they do! Cause if they have the nerf to come to the conclusion THAT I’M WRONG for expecting waggering while playing all this time on a game who’s pronounced as a BONUSWAGGER game NOT BY ME BUT BY HUNNYPLAY cause they say that it isnt a bonuswagger game! Oké but are they that stupid that eitherway IT ISNT MY FAULT!!! I dont care if HP is wrong if they mention it as a bonuswagger game ore if techteam lies to say that it isnt🤬Eitherway it isnt my mistake so how are you going to fix this! Recordings who cant be sent cause theyre to big, no e-mail where i can send it to! I send it to the admins on telegram explaining the whole situation AGAIN this took me joure and i gave up🥱UNTILL THE NEXT DAY WHEN IT HAPPEND AGAIN Same discussions same stress AND THERE IS NO FUN PLAYING WHEN YOU HAVE TO CHECK EVERYTHING!Thats not my job!!!!And than you begin to wunder how long has this been going on? How much did you löss by thinking your playing and waggering all at once but in reality you didn’t. THIS IS ABSURD! This could be from 500 to 5000 what i losed by not waggering and not earning in all the tournaments but i dont know how long this is going on!

There isn’t any bonus active at the moment but i have joined a couple of tournaments and play this game a lot,thinking its a game which wagger is also accepted when you have to wagger for a bonus. and i had to 30 wagger x amount befor i would receive it on my real account . so after some time playing i wanted to know how much there was still left for me to wagger so when you see that its still 0 than you ‘re not happy.

It happend a couplet of times and i’ve figured out when and why my spins dont count as that of a bonusgame while it is one. There is something wrong with the system cause i found out that it doesn’t registrate the spins made while i played on a bonusgame when i start playing (for example with a deposit bonus)with the money of my deposit which isnt the same currency as that of the bonus! So all the time that i didn’t start playing with the bonusmoney,all the amounts that i’ve played weren’t add up and there for lost as bonuswagger.

Regretfully, we are not in a position to assist you with past incidents of this nature. Whether a game contributes to a tournament or not is an issue we would consider unfair. Even though such an issue is customer-unfriendly, we are unable to penalize the casino for this issue or ask them to provide compensation or a fix.
