Hello. I deposited €25 at the casino, won €750 and requested a withdrawal on 28.11.2025.


Today, December 1, 2025, my withdrawal was rejected, and half of it (€375) was removed.


The casino explained that players who have only made one deposit can only win 15x their deposit.


I waited three days for that response and they didn't even give me the chance to deposit more to keep my winnings. They just removed half of my balance and returned the rest back to my account.
