Each time I can’t at them they tell me they are verifying and that is the delay they said it could take up to 21 days , we have not exceeded this and this still said they are working on processing the payment. I asked for the complaints process and they said they don’t have one and they kept cutting off the chats. I have emailed twice and had no reply. I don’t believe they intend to pay out the agreed winnings and they are using endless excuses that don’t make any sense. One month is a crazy amount of time to not process a payment or give me details of when to expect the payment

i contacted them again today which is over a month of waiting they said there is a delay and can not advise why and how long this will take.

i just used the casino games and I have not taken any money from the casino site previously

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members.
