My account was closed without any explanation by the casino (HelloFortune29).

At the same time, I have pending withdrawals that have not been paid.

I contacted support multiple times:

- They refused to provide a reason for account closure

- They refused to provide any payment date

- They kept saying "standard procedure"

- Finally, they ended the chat without resolving anything

Additionally, my account was closed by "higher management" without any justification, and they stopped responding.

I believe this is unfair and they are holding my funds without justification.

I request assistance in resolving this issue and receiving my pending withdrawals.

I can provide screenshots as proof.
