I have three outstanding withdrawal requests;

  1. from 08.08.25 in the amount of 100€
  2. from 09.08.25 in the amount of 500€
  3. from 11.08.25 in the amount of 400€


Despite repeated inquiries via support email and even more inquiries via live chat (which never yielded any useful results), I was told that the request was in its final stages, my account details were complete, and the money would be paid out soon. I keep getting this response, which has significantly increased my frustration.
