Hello Casino Guru representatives,


I'd like to sumbit a complaint against GreenLuck casino just in case for being safe.


I have fully wagered the welcome bonus and made a withdrawal request at 25-5-2025.


Their payment timeline is 1-3 working days after the day of the withdrawal today is the second day but still nothing.


Their agents support doesnt told me something that i dont know already, plus one of their agents gave me his telegram and also told me the schedule is 1-3 working days if you want i can also upload a screenshot of our conversation on telegram.


I just want my money the soonest possible since from the friday it coming i start my summer day off from work and i have already counted those moneys for my rest.


Plus i want to mention i totally enjoy my season at Greenluck casino so much fun while playing the only bad thing that broking the whole package of this casino is the delay on withdrawal request, if this casino had instant payment or the schedule payment was always ON TIME Greenluck would be a MUST casino for my OP.

I haven't been asked for verify nothing till now plus i think is an auto generated reply from you,

before submitting the complaint i have read all the previous cases from other guys i didnt act just to open a case.... its a usual tactic that delaying the withdrawals probably so i want to take care of my case miss dominika.

Update V1


I think some things has some limits, i cannot stand with those automatic responses that i take from their support.

today is the 3rd bussines day from the day that i made the withdrawal so i will upload all my conversations with them from yesterday till today 2:44 PM gmt+2


as you can see with your own eyes one of their support agents told me that the withdrawal will be completed today but still nothing and i believe its gonna be nothing.


all this thing make me sad and loosing my hopes about my money the situation is becoming increasingly frustrating and you dont take a place!!

Update v2 : The new delays just came in the surface all of a sudden and you casino GURU WANT FROM ME to wait 10 days in the name of god i am already waiting 4 days (cause today 29-5-2025) is the 4th day from the day that i made my withdrawal request
