hello i am withdraw since 8/6 i sent all my documents and they ask always for extra time in live chat the dont answer in my emails and they say that they dont know about when i will get the money please help me

1)Have you made any successful withdrawals before?


1)yes I withdraw 3 times with out verified


2)Could you please confirm that your account is fully verified?


2)yes I already sent it 12 working days before and they told me everything is fine but my withdrawal is still locked




3)Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

5) yes is still pending and they don’t answer my emails or when they answer they told me that they looking for but is been a lot of days and they ask for extra and extra time and they say that they don’t know about when they will respond

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
