Like countless others on here I requested a withdrawal over 2 weeks ago and it has not been approved. They just keep saying they have a lot of requests and cannot say when it will be processed. How can this be possible in this day and age?


I only played with cash and withdrawals are capped at 500. I have 1.3k left in the account at this pace it will take 3 plus months to receive the funds.

Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification? - Never been asked and no way to do it on site.


Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? No.


You can see due to the amount of complaints on this site against this casino and others in the group it is what they do. They take up to a month to process one withdrawal. Attached is there continued copy and paste responses to me,
