Golisimo Casino - Player believes that their withdrawal has been delayed.

Complaint against Golisimo – Delayed withdrawals

I am submitting this complaint regarding delayed withdrawals from Golisimo.

I have two pending withdrawals:

€200 requested on 22/07/2026

€300 requested on 27/07/2026

I have contacted Golisimo customer support multiple times regarding these withdrawals. The only response I keep receiving is that the delay is due to a "high workload" or "increased volume of requests".

However, they have not provided any specific information about:

when my withdrawals will be processed,

when I should expect to receive my money,

why the stated processing time has been exceeded.

I understand that occasional delays can happen, but the lack of a clear timeline and repeated generic responses from support are causing concern.

I kindly ask Casino Guru to help mediate this issue and request that Golisimo provide a clear explanation and complete the pending payments as soon as possible.

I can provide screenshots of my withdrawal history and all communication with Golisimo support as evidence.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
