thank you for looking into this I have been playing on the platform golden lion casino

the original website address was goldenlion293.com but this was taken down and replaced with goldenlion21.com


i had a pending withdrawal for 200 and them won a further 400 the request took about 4 days with still saying in progress. And then 4 days ago my account was removed I had to contact live chat and they said it was locked by higher management and to contact support on email. I have sent 5 emails and had no reply I have attached some screen shots for you file

thanks for your email I was only playing slots I had no active bonuses and had completed verification. The £200 withdrawal was saying processing for 6 days and then I won a further £400 and the next day they disabled my account. I still have had no reply from them after 4 emails sent

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 30+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for GoldenLion.bet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from GoldenLion.bet Casino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
