I have tried to withdraw the £200 owed and haven't been successful it just stays on awaiting, I have emailed and was hearing back saying it would take up to 27 days not including weekends, once that time had passed and I still didn't have the withdrawal I have tired to email countless times and have been ignored every time, the withdrawal process hasn't been continued and they dont get back to me to be able to ask whats going on

Hello, no worries so I have emailed over what I've explained to you, hopefully I hear back from he site soon and get the money back although im very doubtful at this point, is there a possibility of reporting the site and having them closed down or investigated? Surely they can't keep doing this to everyone and not be caught for it?

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Golden Genie Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
