Please read the added messages as you’ll see this needs your help! To summarize they returned my wins, never refunded the withdrawal fee, no reason and said I could redeem. So I go to the redemption page and I noticed that the plate requirement bar isn’t full. I go to support to message them and ask them if I have to play through the requirements and I met with more robotic answers that have absolutely nothing to do with the question. So I had to go play through more money to withdraw again. That lowered the amount that I’m now withdrawing I go to withdraw I put in a lesser amount of just $250 to see if that goes by quicker. They charge a fee for that and now they say I’m gonna have to wait three days for the 250 now, the rest of my balance sets in my account. These people are thieves and they need to be investigated thoroughly.
