hallo habe beim vasycasino 100 euro eingezahlt und den 100% bonus ohne wettanforderungen genutz habe 1000 euro gewonnen nun wurde mir alles geloescht ausser die 100 euro eingezahlung...

weil ich gegen die bonus Bedingung verstossen habe und den min einsatz von 4 euro ueberboten habe.... aber es hiess doch bonus ohne wettanforderunfen wieso habe ich dann doch Anforderungen die an einen bonus gebunden sind

Could you please advise how many times did you bet over the maximum limit? Are you able to access your betting history and forward it to nikolas.b@casino.guru?

Please note that if you did bet over the limit multiple times the casino had every right to void your balance as you used a bonus which has certain conditions.
