i opened an account with garrisonbet casino i played and won £150 i tried to withdraw but go cancelled as wanted proof of id address i have submitted these details 4 times i even sent photos of my passport as was using my driving licence but they kept rejecting it. after subbmitting my proof i have had no communication from the casino and when i went on to sign in to chat as iv chatted with them a lot online i found a 404 code error saying to delete cache and try again done this several times and cant get back on to the casino site so i cant contact them about my winnings and my withdrawel i hope you can help

about 2 wks ago I was chatting to them on web chat as to why I had not heard anything they basically told me to be patient yes I have tried searching them on web browser but when you click on the link for garrisonbet it takes you to another casino obvs one of theirs but o can’t log into it I have sent email with no reply and I sent driving licence bank statement official letter then I sent my passport as they kept saying pics of licence was not right

Hi I received a email about a bonus and clicked on the link that took me to their web page and I was able to get on I went onto chat live chat and didn’t get anywhere at all I have requestedy withdrawal again and again no email or response from them it is so frustrating
