Hi,


I would like to raise a complaint against Gamix casino. I have made several deposits on the site and was quite lucky with the last one. Once my balance hit 1.2 ETH I decided to withdraw my funds. Once I have submitted the withdrawal request the pop-up said that the funds should arrive to my account in a few seconds. After waiting for over an hour I decided to reach out to the Live chat, they told me that my withdrawal request will be approved within 48 hours.


It has now been over 65 hours and I have not received a cent from this casino. Live chat constantly tells me that they have forwarded the case to some team, that I will receive my funds very soon, but nothing happens.


I do think that this casino does not pay out and just scams people.



P.S. KYC was not passed as it was not requested by the casino at any point.

I did take a deposit bonus which I canceled sometime in the middle of my gameplay.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
