I am filing a complaint against Gamealotroyale.com casino regarding a technical issue with my welcome bonus wagering and a complete lack of customer support. I made a deposit of 20,46 euros and selected the first welcome bonus.


I activated the bonus and started wagering. At first, the wagering progress bar/meter was working normally. However, almost immediately at the beginning of my session, the wagering completely stopped progressing and became permanently stuck.


I have been playing for several hours, but the wagering requirement is locked and does not move at all. Because of this, the system treats my funds as locked bonus money, and I am unable to make a withdrawal. My account balance is currently 836,26 euros. All of these funds are now locked as bonus money, even though I am certain that I have already wagered the required amount based on my extensive gameplay. Furthermore, there is a strict time limit on this bonus. These locked and stuck bonus funds are set to expire in just a bit over 6 days. Because the casino is ignoring me, I am at risk of losing my entire balance due to their technical error. I want to emphasize that I have strictly followed all the bonus terms and conditions. I have not played forbidden games, and I have not exceeded the maximum bet limit, and I have followed all applicable bonus rules.


I have tried to contact the casino multiple times to resolve this. Their live chat has only an automated bot that cannot help, and I have sent several emails to their support team. The casino is completely ignoring my messages and has failed to provide any response.Since the casino refuses to communicate or fix this technical error, I am asking for your help to mediate this issue urgently before the bonus expires. I want the casino to either fix the wagering tracker, manually update my wagering progress based on my gameplay history and allow me to withdraw my funds.
