Hey.

GalacticWins has a minimal record of paying out their winnings, as is an experience of mine and many other thousands of customers.

Withholding winnings behind their strict long Terms of Service and not doing anything to prevent people doing that is not acceptable, because it's misleading nor there is a prevention from GalacticWins side to this issue that thousands of customers have faced.

This is deliberately misleading and after you might even mistakenly,

bet higher, play a non bonus game, you might lose a right to all of the funds and from their Terms of service, there is no possible way to even recover any percentage of it.

There is a law for it and EU is protected under it.

Withholding winnings of many thousands of customers is unacceptable and prevention from these cases happening at their site is absolute zero.

I will link screenshot of a withdrawal for 600€, I have made a few days ago just to be declined and my funds have zeroed after that.
