I requested a withdrawal from forzabet on March 18th. It was never processed and then the casino stopped engaging, despite emails.


They emailed a few weeks ago with a promo, I emailed back raising a concern about the withdrawal and they said they would do an investigation, but then we hit radio silence again.


I have attached all the evidence.


I would appreciate CG mediating as it seems to be the only place the casino actually engages with people.


I attaempted to sort this on another complaint service. The casino provided a fraudulent screenshot (which Askgamblers seemed to accept) claiming I entered 2.75 in the LTC address tab. This is a lie. It is also not possible (as you will be aware) for a crypto currency exchange to even be accepted by a wallet if the address prefix does not match the relevant coin, let alone be three digits! When I called the casino out Askgamblers banned me.


The caisno refused to supply the transaction hashtag for the successful withdrawal, they claim they processed.


If the transaction was sent, all the casino needs to do is provide the hashtag.


1 - Where is the proof? Transaction Hashtag/Date and Time?


2 - A withdrawal cannot be confirmed 'in the wrong address' by crypto e.g if you try and send BTC to an LTC wallet the wallet will say 'cannot be done' or 'incorrect address'.


3 - As you can see from my chasing emails and live chats that were opened and never responded to by Forza, the withdrawal was NEVER confirmed as I NEVER received a confirmation email.

Forza bets transaction history on their site does not go that far back. So does not allow me to show the withdrawal request. However the email confirmations of me requesting the withdrawal were added as evidence.


Forza bet are refusing to share the transaction hashtag of the withdrawal. IF the withdrawal had been sent a transaction hashtag would still be available and could be provided for both your site and me to view on the blockchain (even if the transaction had been sent to an incorrect address)..


I know it’s my responsibility to enter the correct info when making a withdrawal. I DID. What forza bet are suggesting is ludicrous and not possible. They provided a forged screenshot to askgamblers alleging I entered the digits 2.75 as the withdrawal address (which I had also entered as the value of the withdrawal). I am not stupid enough to think my LTC wallet address is 3 digits. A crypto wallet will also not accept only 3 digits as the start of the wallet address must match the prefix of relevant coin.


All forzabet need to do is provided the transaction hashtag of the ‘successful withdrawal’ this is why crypto has hashtags and why it has a blockchain.

As confirmed by AskGamblers, the issue arose due to an error made by the customer in entering the withdrawal address. The casino bears no responsibility for mistakes made by the customer during the withdrawal process. All previous withdrawals were successfully confirmed and received. However, the final transaction was not received due to the customer's error.


We would like to clarify that we will only communicate with the Casino Guru team regarding this matter. We will not respond to any further messages from the customer on this platform due to the disrespectful and inappropriate manner in which they interacted with us on AskGamblers.

You are refusing to supply the transaction hashtag because you have not processed the withdrawal. You forged a screenshot claiming I input the withdrawal address as 2.75.


Casinoguru can view my interactions with you on askgamblers. Nothing was inappropriate, I simply called you out for your behaviour. Which I will continue do so.


You are either incompetent, negligent or deliberately lying.


The fact you will not supply the transaction hashtag of this ‘successful withdrawal’ so it can be checked on the blockchain by myself and casinoguru suggests you are lying.
