Hi there 

 

I have been trying to reach someone since December 18th. I have sent several emails to your site asking for details on my second withdrawal. 

 

My user name is Lindita***, my name is Lindita Ros***. 

 

I have placed 2 withdrawal requests, one requested on December 15th in the amount of $2500 and it was successfully processed and deposited on December 17th.

 

The second withdrawal of $2500 was placed on December 16th, I then reversed $1000 but left $1500 to be withdrawn. I have yet to receive my second withdrawal. Transaction ID is 103470714. The transaction on my account says cancelled but that is clearly not correct. 

 

I am still owed $1500 and have waited 7 days for someone to just respond to my several emails. 

 

There is $1500 that is still owed to me and I am hoping someone will have the courtesy to contact me today.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi there


My withdrawal has not been received nor any response from both Fever Slots or Six Gaming. I also noticed they deleted my original withdrawal from my history that shows $2500 request then modified to $1500. I have screen shots of this information before it was deleted.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I initially contacted IglGaming as well as this company regarding this complaint. With the assistance of IGaming and the escalation team, I have received payment today, 34 days after my initial withdrawal request.

Please close this complaint as it has now been resolved by IGaming.
