On July 3rd, I deposited $79.95 via cryptocurrency on these scammers' website. Not only did they not credit it, but they're not even responding via chat or email. After several attempts, they opened a ticket via chat and sent me an email with a response. They said the email address on the website was different from the one you replied to (which corresponds to the email address registered and the one they contacted me with). They also said they couldn't resolve my issue.
I ask you to intervene as soon as possible. I attach proof of payment.
