FafaBet9 Casino - Player's winnings have been confiscated.

I played Egyptian glow and had a massive win. I was betting $2 at the time. When I withdrew the amount mentioned above the casino rejected and forfited my winnings and told me it was detected as "suspicious betting" and the rules were violated. I did not play any different to the way I have always, is it because i put bets up or down? that's what everyone does.im not even sure that why they are saying it's suspiciose . I just can't get a proper reason. i have tried for days and days to try communicate and ask for proof or to chat to someone else with no success. I didn't collect bonus with deposit and i cleared bank before I deposited this is absolutely ridiculous. Please help ne get my winnings.

So glad to hear back from you. I have not withdrawn from this. Casino before. I'm not sure what you mean when you mentioned the kyc verification? And Egyptian glow was not the first game I played i think I made a deposit the day before and played something else.

They said because I changed bets it could have manipulated the game. I always change bets lots of my friends do. I stayed on the same bet though for at least ten spins Before I won.

Also I have asked the casino so many time , "where can I find your terms and conditions so i can read them?" They respond with answers that relate to suspicious betting but will not tell me where I can read them on their website at all!!

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but, as expected, had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
