I deposited £50 no bonus , I have passed kYC verification I use the same visa debit card for all my deposits and I have made lots of deposits and no previous withdrawals. I won £ 2,180 I made my withdrawal on the 18th of August I have contacted the casino as it said 24/48 hrs for withdrawals . It’s now over 2 weeks I have been waiting.

Hello, I have attached a copy of the email I have sent to extreme spins as they cancelled my withdrawal and put the winnings back on my account to play. I have withdrawn again through bank transfer as the option to withdraw onto my visa debit is no longer in use . I have emailed the casino and they are now saying another 7/21 days for funds.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint, and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved.’

Normally, in order to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.
