I made a withdrawel on 16th of june and was informed it could take between 7 and 21 days to process. Yesterday 6th of july i recived an email saying the security process had failed and the funds were back in my casino account and i could request the withdrawel again. It was back in my account and i have requsted it again but i now expect it will be another 3 weeks with no monies being paid. Live chat just palms me off and have had no email response.
