I am filing this complaint because my withdrawal has been pending for over 35 days and has still not been processed.


Before requesting the withdrawal, I had already submitted all required documents, and my account was fully verified and approved. Therefore, there were no outstanding verification requirements at the time the withdrawal was requested.


The casino’s stated withdrawal timeframe is 7–21 days. My request has significantly exceeded this period, yet I have not received my funds.


I have contacted support multiple times. I was repeatedly told that my withdrawal is under review by the financial department and that I should wait. At the same time, I was also informed that if my account details are correct and I have followed the Terms and Conditions, then everything is "on track," which confirms there are no issues with my account.


Despite this, no payment has been made and no clear timeframe has been provided. Support has also confirmed that they are unable to influence or expedite the process and cannot give any estimate for completion.


At this point:


  • My account is fully verified and approved
  • The withdrawal is far beyond the stated processing timeframe
  • No issues or restrictions have been communicated
  • No resolution or timeline has been provided


I am simply requesting that my withdrawal be processed and paid without any further delay.
